Born and baked in Las Vegas, Nicole “Baby Girl” Perez-Field is the high-rolling heart behind Baby Girl Bakes. With over 25 years of experience in hospitality, design, and dessert artistry, Nicole took her flavor-packed talents from the fast-paced world of restaurant and event operations to the sweet side of entrepreneurship—transforming a medical challenge into a mission to bring joy through cake.

What started as a home-based cottage cakeshop is now one of Vegas' most sought-after custom cake brands, known for its bold flavors, vintage styling, and unforgettable creations. Nicole draws inspiration from the strong baking traditions of her mother and grandmothers, blending old-school soul with modern-day glam.

A certified culinary specialist through the American Culinary Federation, Nicole is all about high-quality ingredients, big flavors, and personalized details that turn desserts into centerpieces. Whether it’s a heart-shaped elopement cake decked in glitter cherries or a two-tier showstopper for a 3AM Vegas wedding, every order is baked with intention and a little bit of that Baby Girl magic.

And when it comes to elopements? Nicole gets it—because she did it! As someone who eloped with her own husband, she knows firsthand how hard it can be to find the perfect cake on short notice. That’s why she made it her mission to specialize in same-day, elopement-ready cakes that are every bit as special as the love stories they’re made for.

 Nicole E. Perez-Field is a Las Vegas-based entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience across nonprofit development, hospitality operations, and corporate marketing. Before co-founding Mestre'K Enterprises, she served as Marketing & Development Director at PPN Inc. for over 10 years, where she specialized in turning struggling operations around — revamping pricing, rebuilding brand identity, and developing high-performance teams. Earlier in her career she managed finance, administration, and grant writing at Aid for AIDS of Nevada, raising over $2 million annually through charity events and administering the Ryan White federal grant through the Clark County Health District. She also held a National Director role at Sega Entertainment, overseeing group sales, venue operations, and full general management of multiple Gameworks locations, nationwide.

In 2018, Nicole stepped away from corporate life following a cancer diagnosis. Stem-cell treatment left her homebound with a seizure disorder — and rather than stop building, she started. Drawing on two decades of marketing, operations, and development expertise, she launched Baby Girl Bakes from home on June 1, 2024, and has since grown Mestre'K Enterprises into a multi-brand holding company spanning specialty bakery, wedding platforms, digital development, original IP, and nonprofit services.

Nicole holds degrees in Digital Marketing, Hospitality Management, and Business Marketing, and is a proud member of MPI, NACE, and the Chamber of Commerce.

Her story is not one of overnight success. It is one of resilience, reinvention, and legacy — built deliberately, from home, with her family, on purpose.

Born and raised in Hawaii with the spirit of aloha running through everything he does, Keola Perez-Field brought his island values straight to the heart of the Las Vegas desert — and never looked back. In IT, in business, and in life.

With nearly two decades in enterprise IT, Keola handles everything that happens behind the scenes — the finances, the technology, the digital infrastructure, and the systems that keep Baby Girl Bakes running smooth. He's the reason the books balance, the website works, and Nicole can focus entirely on creating magic in the kitchen without worrying about what's happening behind the curtain.

Off the clock he's Nicole's loudest cheerleader, the family's designated taste-tester, and the guy who somehow always knows when the kitchen is running low on powdered sugar. Equal parts tech genius, Hawaiian heart, and devoted partner — Keola is living proof that the best businesses, like the best marriages, are built on trust, teamwork, and really, really good cake.

As Creative Director and Head Designer at Baby Girl Bakes, Jordyn is the mastermind behind every sculpted fondant detail, every hand-crafted sugar flower, and every "how did they even DO that?" moment that makes a BGB cake stop a room.

Raised inside the hospitality industry and trained by years of restaurant operations, photography, and a creative instinct that simply cannot be taught — Jordyn has been building toward this role her entire life. She designs the concept, engineers the look, and creates the digital visuals that bring each cake to life long before it ever touches a piping bag. Nicole executes the vision. Jordyn dreams it up.

At just 25, she already has the eye of a seasoned designer and the drive of someone who refuses to settle for ordinary. Whether she's sketching a vintage Art Deco wedding cake, sculpting a hyperrealistic fondant centerpiece, or designing the next scroll-stopping BGB post — Jordyn's fingerprints are on everything beautiful that comes out of this kitchen.
