Baby Girl Bakes is owned by Nicole "Baby Girl" Perez-Field, a luxury wedding and LGBTQ + cake artist, who was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. After working as an executive for over 20 years in restaurant operations and hospitality marketing, she was forced to leave a career she loved due to health concerns. This is when the idea of setting up a home baking business, alongside her husband and adult children, was born.
Nicole's interest in wedding cakes and confectionary began at an early age under the guidance of her mother and grandmother. She has always had a passion for desserts, both creating and eating. The design of her specialty cakes are modern and elegant and always informed by the unique vision of her client. Nicole has been creating delicious desserts for over 25 years and is a certified culinary specialist from ACF. She uses only the freshest ingredients to ensure that every bite is a taste of heaven. Her passion for baking is evident in every dessert she makes at Baby Girl Bakes.
