Nicole “Baby Girl” Perez-Field, founder of Baby Girl Bakes, is a Las Vegas native and a skilled cake artist with over 25 years of experience in confectionery and design. With a background of more than 15 years in restaurant event management and operations, Nicole’s career path shifted due to a medical disability, leading her to launch her own home-based baking business. Now based between Arizona and Las Vegas, she is dedicated to crafting exquisite cakes that blend modern elegance with her clients' unique visions.
Nicole’s passion for wedding cakes and desserts began in her early years, inspired by her mother and grandmothers’ baking traditions. A certified culinary specialist with the American Culinary Federation, she prides herself on using only the freshest ingredients, ensuring each creation from Baby Girl Bakes delivers a heavenly experience. From weddings to special events, Nicole’s artistry and love for baking are evident in every treat she creates.
